• All liabilities or losses suffered by VALHALLAVERSE Team or any VALHALLAVERSE Team Representative; and

• All reasonable costs, charges and reasonable expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal costs and expenses) reasonably and properly incurred by VALHALLAVERSE Team or any VALHALLAVERSE Team Representative,
